Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Millner Co. is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
The standard shipping time from Millner takes from 2 to 5 days to arrive to the client.
Please note that promotional products delivery time takes longer because they are shipped directly from our factory. It usually takes from two to five weeks to arrive to the client and they will be delivered by the local courier of your country.
Our return and exchange policy is valid for a maximum period of 30 calendar days. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of your products.
For us to make a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and present the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of the order to our warehouses.
When the return order is received and inspected we will send you an email. Once received and accepted, the refund of the order will be processed, and a deposit will be made to your credit card (or payment method used) within a period of 7 calendar days.
